    Sinoma-Tec Received First Order for Iron Ore Vertical Mill

    Recently, Sinoma-Tec. received an order from Hubei Fengshan Mining Industry Company for the supply of TRMR28.2 vertical mill and engineering design for the grinding unit. The order was made for a 600,000-ton iron ore project.

     
    The power of this TRMR28.2 mill is 1,000kW and the mill capacity is ≥90t/h. The mill product fineness is R80μm<20%. Flash magnetizing roasting process is adopted for the project, which increase the iron ore grade from 38% (average raw ore grade) to 61.03%. This effectively tackles the problem of low grade iron ore beneficiation and improves the utilization of resources. Therefore environmental pollution is lowered.
     

    The vertical mills of Sinoma-Int. are mainly applied in cement industry. They are also used to treat slag such as grain slag and steel slag. However the placement of this order lays a solid foundation for Sinoma-Tec. to develop in other industries.
