Compared with other common crusher of the same type, this TkPC22D25 crusher has distinct advantages. It is designed mainly to crush limestone and the design parameters are as below: inlet grain size, 1000x1100x1500mm; outlet grain size, 50mm (90%); design capacity, 1,400 t/h and maximally up to 1,600 t/h. However if the local apron feeder is set at 48Hz, the instant capacity read on belt weigher is up to 2,300 t/h. The estimated average capacity is above 1,800 t/h. The screen test shows that about 98% of the product grain size is below 50mm and 65% below 20mm.
